Gretchen Inspired, T-Shirt Revamp

The past season of Project Runway was one of my most favorite so far and even though I loved Mondo, I truly thought Gretchen had the best line. Mainly because her jewelery was to die for:



So, I decided to try and duplicate Gretchen's jewelery design on a t-shirt. It doesn't look exactly the same, but I love the end result.

I took a shiny cream organza from my scrap pile, ironed fusible webbing to the back of it and cut out my shapes. Then I ironed the shapes to a plain black t-shirt.

 Super funky. Love it!

 P.S. Have you noticed yet that I am in LOVE with fusible webbing? I've used it a lot lately: Lace Embellished Shirt and Free Bag Transformation and Patched Elbows

P.P.S Are you as excited as I am for Season 9 of Project Runway???
