I ran my first half marathon yesterday. The race route took me through 13.1 miles of pure beauty down the Provo Canyon and into Provo, Utah. If you will recall, I set the goal to run a half marathon LAST year...but it didn't happen. This year I was bound and determined to do it.
How did I train for the race? I followed Hal Higdon's race training guide word for word. If you ever plan on training to run a marathon or half marathon, I highly recommend using this guide.
