Utah Valley Parade of Homes- Part One

If you live in or near Utah Valley, this year's 2010 Utah Valley Parade of Homes is a MUST see. I had the opportunity to head out last night with Mr. How-To Gal and my sweet baby girl to begin our touring. I was impressed and creatively inspired in each home. This is part one of my journey.

The Utah Valley Parade of Homes runs June 4-19, 2010 from Noon-9pm Tuesday through Saturday (closed Sundays and Mondays).
  • Online by clicking HERE
  • Macey’s Grocery stores in Utah County.
  • AmBank, 3670 N. University Ave., Provo
  • University Mall
  • All Parade Home Locations
The cost for a ticket is $10 and all I can say is that it is totally worth it. For $10 you get to walk through 21 fabulous homes, some of which I would've never had the chance to see inside. Here are some sneak peaks of my favorites from day one:

Master Bedroom. I love this bed with the matching lamps, but mismatched nightstands. And the master bathroom...out of this world beautiful, but you'll have to go see it for yourselves!

Kid's room #1- love, love, love those mirrors

If I could have taken those yellow chairs with me, they would have been gone in a second.

This home was something I could see myself living in. The home had very clean, modern lines with the classy elements I love.

This town home was gorgeous. Just that planter box out front made me want to move in. The exposed brick on the inside along with exposed dark, wood beams didn't hurt either.

Chocolate and light blue are such a clean, elegant color combo, don't you think? I love the pillows on the bed and that side table lamp.

Holy wow this home is gorgeous. Worth the ticket price just to walk through. Intricate details everywhere. Can you see the little balconies straight out of Romeo and Juliet? Yeah, it was awesome.

Yes, that is a fish tank that looks from the Office into the Kitchen area.

Inside pool that walks out to an outside basketball court and outdoor kitchen and eating area.

This house seriously took us at least 45 minutes to walk through, admiring every room and ogling furniture and decor.

These are just a few tastes of the beautiful homes you will see during the Utah Valley Parade of Homes. Join me for more homes Friday or see you there!

  1. Love that first house. The decor is amazing. I want it all.
That second house is a bit much! Who could live in that big of a place. I'm tired just thinking about cleaning it. :)
