Cold Reliever: This mixture can be taken by the Tablespoon, 6 or 8 times a day. Stir ¼ cup cider vinegar and ¼ cup honey into cup of warm water.
Sore throat: Mix 2 Tablespoons honey w/ 1 Tablespoon cider vinegar. Put a small amount on spoon and slowly suck the mixture off the spoon. Or, take a teaspoon of honey and place in a large serving spoon. Top off with spoon with lemon juice. Swallow the concoction (without water) every few hours until symptoms clear up. Cut mucus with a simple mixture of equal amounts of cider vinegar and honey taken by the tablespoon.
Dispel gas pains: Add teaspoon honey and 1-teaspoon cider vinegar to warm water and drink.
Stomach aches/Dehydration/diarrhea: Dilute a small amount of honey in water and drink. Drink small amounts at regular interval until symptoms relieve.
Weight loss: Mix 1 Tablespoon each of apple cider vinegar and honey into a glass of water or unsweetened grapefruit juice and drink one glass before each meal to suppress appetite.
Cough remedies: ½ cup cider vinegar. ½ cup water, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, and ¼ cup honey. Take 1 Tablespoon at first sign of cough, and another at bedtime.
